This stunning house in Atherton, California is historically significant, commissioned by heiress Sarah Winchester whose family invented the Winchester Rifle. The house had undergone a modernization process in the 1980s when the property was used as a showcase house.  The new owners engaged us to restore the property back to its former glory and add modern amenities.

We painstakingly worked to reintroduce the trims and other architectural elements that were featured in the original home. We also incorporated new elements that reflect the new owners’ cultural heritage.  The home is now a fusion that pays homage to its distinctive past and the owners’ aesthetics.
